Jocelyn Sanchez is a Salvadoran illustrator and multimedia artist, also known as 'creamyskeleton.' After receiving her BFA in Visual Arts at Simon Fraser University, she went on to earn her Masters in Animation at the University of South Wales in the UK. With an over active imagination and a micron pen, her art practice was formed in a space that involves: magic, forests, flowers, creatures frozen in time, and endless autumns and springs. Her inspiration comes from folk stories and childhood moments she translates into art. Jocelyn also spends her time as an educator between Coquitlam and Vancouver, providing tools that help students access imagination and play in a variety of mediums.
